After completing computer
classes at Terra Technical School, Char started her career
with John Kocher in May of 1983. She has lived all her life in
Port Clinton. In 1964 she married her high school sweetheart
and they had a daughter and a son and now have 5
grandchildren. Char has had many legal duties over the years
but now as office manager is responsible for the bank accounts,
all the office billing, payroll and accounting. She also has
experience with real estate, probate, estate planning, and
other legal matters.
