his practice on Civil Litigation in Ottawa, Erie and Sandusky
County Common Pleas Courts. He has successfully represented
clients in litigation involving real estate, zoning, injunctions, boundary line disputes,
nuisance, election law, contracts, personal injury, personal injury defense,
collections, adverse possession, commercial and residential
construction, watercraft, admiralty, and municipal areas.
He also has experience in zoning, real estate,
insurance, and estate planning issues. He has been
married since 2000, has 3 children, and is active in
many community organizations, as well as youth football.
